But I can understand that some people aren't into those kind of horrors. When the demons do attack it's all a bit blurry and shaky but for me it did work out fine. It's all filmed from the smartglasses from one of the girls. Is it gory, not really it's pure suspense in a creepy atmosphere. From that point things go wrong for the gang. Of course they are out for sex and things all do work out fine until two fighterplanes are flying over Jerusalem and do drop a bomb. So the first part we do see them going out and visit Jerusalem. It take a while before the horror comes in so before that we do follow two girls who are on a trip together but do meet a guy and together they decide to go to Jerusalem. It reminded me of flicks like Cloverfield (2008) and As Above So Below (2014).

Dr Magness uses archaeology to understand the past in Jerusalem. The film shows how the teenagers live in Jerusalem, where they go and how the city is important to them. The teenagers are Farah Ammouri, Nadia Tadros, and Revital Zacharie. Jerusalem presents the city through the eyes of three teenagers – a Jew, Christian and Muslim - and the archaeologist Dr Jodi Magness, of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The filmmakers formed an advisory panel that includes academic and theological experts.
They were permitted to film aerial shots of areas normally treated as no-fly zones. The film-makers were given special access to holy sites and several of the little-known parts of the city. Ī stated aim of the 45-minute film is to show the diversity of Jerusalem and to promote understanding of the different cultures in Jerusalem.
It had a US$8 million production budget and some of the profits from the distribution of the film are to be given to projects in the city that promote co-existence. The film is narrated by Benedict Cumberbatch.
